抑郁症伴随着严重的社会功能障碍，患者对社会奖赏的期待降低，社会性快感缺失，对社会排斥、社会拒绝表现出过敏化且负性情绪下调困难。课题以“社会反馈”这一重要的社会性信息为切入点，考察抑郁症患者对社会反馈的期待、体验及情绪调节障碍，并探索可能的脑治疗方案。首先采用眼动追踪、EEG和fMRI方法，考察患者和健康被试在非社会/社会反馈加工中的行为及脑活动模式，揭示社会反馈加工的特异性脑区，从而加深对抑郁症“社会脑缺陷”的认识。接着采用rTMS/dTMS技术刺激特定脑区（预期靶点为内侧及腹外侧前额叶等），并对比真、假治疗组对社会反馈加工的行为与脑活动差异，探讨这些脑区与社会反馈加工缺陷的因果关系。课题对抑郁症认知模型的完善以及诊疗方案的改进具有重要意义。申请人已以第一或通讯作者发表SCI/SSCI论文40余篇，完成国家级课题2项。本课题前期研究基础扎实，实验方案论证充分，有望取得预期成果。

2.Abstract：

Depression is associated with severe deficits of social function. Depressive symptoms relate to negative expectancy bias, social anhedonia, high sensitivity to, as well as impaired emotion regulation of, social exclusion and social rejection. This project focuses on social feedback, which is one of the most important social information. We aim to investigate the anticipation, experience and emotion regulation of social feedback in depressive patients. We would first use eye tracker, electroencephalogram and functional magnetic resonance imaging to compare the behavioral and brain activity pattern when patients and healthy controls process social feedback. Then repetitive or deep transcranial magnetic stimulation would be employed to stimulate specific brain region(s), which helps to illuminate the causality of specific brain region(s) in the deficit of social feedback processing in depression. The current project will be of great importance in the improvement of the cognitive model of depressive disorder and the planning of therapeutic schedules for patients. The applicant of this project has published more than 40 SCI/SSCI-cited English papers as the first or the corresponding author. Furthermore, it is guaranteed that there are enough depressive patients, appropriate experiment devices, scientific interference-factor-controlled design, and reasonable personnel allocation, which together ensure the accomplishment of this project.
